IXDN502SIA Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~30V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*502.The mount method is Surface Mount.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.Due to its power supplies of 4.5/30V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 15V.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.The basis for the development of this project is based on 8 terminals.
