IXDN502D1 Overview
For greater flexibility, its 6-VDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Bulk represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~30V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 6 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number IXD*502.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 6 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 6 component pins.Using its power supply of 4.5/30V, it provides solutions to diverse power supply problems.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 15V.There are several gate drivers in the -- series, including this one.In order to develop its basis, 6 terminals are used.
