There is greater flexibility with the 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V~30V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 1.5A can be achieved at maximum power.This subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs has a number of useful electronic components.The component has 8 pins.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 Output outputs that have been integrated.This device is capable of delivering 1.5 A current.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 150°C.-55°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.In the -- series, this gate driver is included.With a voltage of 2.5 mA, it operates with a constant current.A total of 2 channels are configured for operation.Development of its basis is carried out on 8 terminals.
