IX4424N Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~30V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 3A.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.When the supply voltage is 35V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.The gate driver is part of the -- series.The device operates on a voltage of 3mA as the supply voltage.In order to operate, it is configured with 2 channels.
