For greater flexibility, the DFN package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.A supply voltage of 4.5V~30V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.The gate driver belongs to the * series.
