IR2086STRPBF Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 4 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 9.5V~15V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is RC Input Circuit.It's configured with 16 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number IR2086SPBF.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 16 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 1.2A that can be achieved.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 100V.The output current of this device can be set to 1.2A.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 1W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 1mA.The device operates on a voltage of 1mA as the supply voltage.The frequency of 500kHz can be used to improve efficiency.
