IR2011STR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number IR2011S.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 1A that can be achieved.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 200V.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.
