IR2011SPBF Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IR2011SPBF.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 15V V.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 1A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 200V.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.This device is capable of delivering 1A current.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 625mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.Keeping the supply current at 230μA ensures greater stability.Due to its power supply of 15V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.As a result, a voltage of 10V is produced.With a voltage of 230μA, it operates with a constant current.
