VNH7013XPTR-E Overview
Packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 36-PowerBFSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Based on 72V Max, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -40°C~175°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including DC Motors, General Purpose.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.A signal interface uses 36 pins as pronged contacts.Its base H bridge ic number, VNH7013, is used to identify related H bridge ics.This is one of the types of electronic H-bridges in the VIPower™ series.Through the pins of the power supply and output, there is a current of 40A.
