VN770K-E Overview
Packaged using Tube.Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Based on 5.5V~36V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -40°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including DC Motors, General Purpose, Relays.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.Status Flag is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.A signal interface uses 28 pins as pronged contacts.Its base H bridge ic number, VN770, is used to identify related H bridge ics.This is one of the types of electronic H-bridges in the OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ series.The Hbridge has 4 outputs.A high degree of efficiency is achieved by maintaining the operating supply voltage at 13V.There are integrated 4 drivers in the system.To prevent excessive costs, H bridge is acceptable to set the operating temperature to 150°C.Accordingly, -40°C is an acceptable minimum operating temperature in order to avoid incurring excessive costs.
