VN460SPTR-E Overview
As a result, it is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR).This package is included in PowerSO-10 Exposed Bottom Pad.Mounting type Surface Mount is selected for the LED driving board.A Relay, Solenoid Driver switch type is owned by it.In order to guarantee reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~150°C TJ.The LED driver is equipped with 1 outputs.In order to operate, it requires a voltage supply of Not Required.A maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts can be achieved by this LED driver.It is equipped with Status Flag features.It comes under the family of VN460.A total of 10 terminations have been recorded.The operation is performed through the 10 pins.This operation requires the maximum output current to be decreased to 25A.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.Currently, the LED driving board has 20mOhm resistance.As a result, the output current is set to 25A.It is recommended to set the supply voltage to 36V for optimum efficiency.Input voltage is limited to 36V volts.A voltage of 5.5V volts is the minimum input voltage.It has a maximum current requirement of 15μA.
