DC DC Voltage Regulator SWITCHING CONTROLLER
UC3870DW-2 Overview
There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type IC. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12 V is provided. The switching frequency of this adjusting voltage regulator is set to be the maximum possible. Depending on the configuration of the switching voltage regulators, the output current can be as high as 1 A A. A type of DC-DC switching regulator, belonging to the * family of voltage regulators, is what we are describing here. The DC-DC switching regulator has 18 pins.
