UC2950TG3 Overview
Tube is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the TO-220-5 package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 8V~35V's supply voltage.Through Hole is mounted on H bridge circuit.-20°C~100°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including General Purpose.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Through Hole is used.In addH gateion to 5V Regulated Output, H gate has the following specific characteristics.5 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 5 pins are used as pronged contacts.The base H bridge ic number of UC2950 can be used to find related H bridge ics.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 12V.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 4A.The output pins and the power supply pins are conducting 4A current.It is the 3 pins that enable this bridge driver to perform its specific functions.3V is the voltage released by the Hbridge.The 2 drivers are integrated into the system.
