UC2950T Overview
Tube is used for packaging.The TO-220-5 package includes H bridge to save money.The supply voltage of 8V~35V can improve reliabilbridge drivery.In the way of Through Hole, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -20°C~100°C TJ to function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in General Purpose as well.H gate is mounted on the PCB using Through Hole.As H bridge ic of its specific characteristics, it also possesses 5V Regulated Output.Transmission lines are terminated with H bridges whose characteristic impedance matches their characteristic impedance, known as 5 terminations.In signal interfaces, 5 pins serve as pronged contacts.Based on its base H bridge ic number of UC2950, further related H bridge ics can be identified.A voltage of 12V is used as the supply voltage.At a specified ambient temperature, 4A is the maximum load current that a power supply can provide.A current of 4A flows through the pins of the output and power supply.A bridge driver's 3 pins work together in order to perform its specific functions.This Hbridge releases a voltage of 3V.The 2 drivers have been integrated into the system.
