UC2715DP Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 7V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number UC2715.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.The board contains 16 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.This device supports a current output of 2A at the output.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 24mA.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 15V.A frequency of 1MHz can improve efficiency.
