UC2707DWTR Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 5V~40V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -25°C~85°C TA.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 16 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number UC2707.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 16 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 20V V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 1.5A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 16 pins.Keeping the supply current at 15mA ensures greater stability.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 20V.A STANDARD character describes its input.
