UC2710N Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 4.7V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number UC2710.The mount method is Through Hole.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 6A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.This device supports a current output of 6A at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 35mA.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 15V.STANDARD represents its input.
