UC2709DW Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 5V~40V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting.It's configured with 16 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number UC2709.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 16 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 20V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 1.5A that can be achieved.A board with 16 component pins is available.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 1W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 12mA.A voltage of 20V should be set for the operating supply voltage.This function has an input of STANDARD.
