TSM101CDT Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.ANALOG CIRCUIT analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 32V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -20°C~80°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "TSM101".It is suitable for 10mA input applications.It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.It requires a 15V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 4.5V is required to supply it.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 4.5V~32V voltage input.A fixed/minimum voltage of 1.24V is generated.2mA is the supply current it uses to operate.
