TSM1012AIDT Overview
This program uses the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.5% is the tolerance.A digital IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is coupled to the voltage reference ic.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 8 pins.There is a part with 8 pins that have been settled.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~105°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "TSM1012".Input applications can use the voltage reference with 2.5mA.Surface Mount is the best fit for this application.There are currently 1 high-quality communication channels available.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 18V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 4.5V~28V voltage input.It is powered by a current of 50mA which is used for its operation.Voltage references can generate voltages of 1.25V regardless of external conditions.It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) for this voltage reference ic should not exceed 28V volts.Powering it requires at least 4.5V.
