TSM101CD Overview
This program uses the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tube external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.A digital IC ANALOG CIRCUIT is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 32V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 8 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 260 degrees Celsius.There is a part with 8 pins that have been settled.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -20°C~80°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "TSM101".Input applications can use the voltage reference with 10mA.Surface Mount is the best fit for this application.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 15V.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 4.5V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 4.5V~32V voltage input.It is powered by a current of 2mA which is used for its operation.Voltage references can generate voltages of 1.24V regardless of external conditions.
