TSM1013AIDT Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is coupled with the reference voltage.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of 0°C~105°C TA.TSM1013 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 1mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 50mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.0 volts is the required supply voltage.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 4.5V~28V voltage input.It can output a voltage of 2.5V regardless of external conditions.Supply voltages (Vsup) should not exceed 28V volts for this component.Powering the voltage reference circuit should require at least 4.5V volts.
