TS5A3157DBVR Overview


Presented in SOT-23-6, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 5.5V to the switch device in normal circumstances. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. 1.65V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. For this digital switch to work, 2.5μA current would suffice. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 1.65V~5.5V. Putting voltage greater than 5μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. The data can be transferred over a wide range of bandwidths, called 300MHz bandwidths. This electrical component also includes additional features such as VIDEO APPLICATION. A Drain to Source resistance of 12Ohm is shown for this electronic part. In this digital multiplexer, there are 2 outputs.
