TS5A2066DCTR Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 8-LSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.110, 2.80mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 8. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 2 channels. If the voltage supply is 1.8V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 8 pins. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Try searching with TS5A2066 if you're looking for variants. There is 10Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 8 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A voltage higher than 5.5V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. 1.65V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. For this multiplexer to operate, 100nA current would be sufficient. This analog switch requires a voltage of 1.65V~5.5V to drain from a single voltage supply. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1μA. A 300MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer. Drain to Source resistance is 15Ohm.
