TS12A4514D Overview
Due to its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. A total of 8 terminations have been recorded. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 3.3V voltage supply. Electronic part bodies are injected with 8 pins. SPST - NO switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. A 1 circuit is present in this switch device. TS12A4514 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 15Ohm. You can find the functions of the 8 pins in the datasheets. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 12V. Digital switch that provides Single power at a cost-effective price. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2V. The switch device would be able to operate with 50nA current. The voltage required by this switch device is 2.7V~12V, draining from a single voltage supply. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 50nA. The digital multiplexer has SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs that can be used. 475MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred.
