TPS51116PWPR Overview
A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 1.2V 1.35V 1.5V 1.8V 2.5V Adj is provided by this power supply regulator. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Controller, DDR. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 3V~28V.
