RT9026GFP Overview
It supports 1 outputs in total. It is packaged in 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad for convenient transportation. Ready for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) package. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. This shunt regulator targets at Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator and other applications. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 3.15V~5.5V. You can find 10 terminals of the voltage regulator. The pinout of the rectifier regulator starts from 10 pins it has. It has a Surface Mount for mounting on PCB or other boards. The power regulator has 10 pins. Current output from the electrical regulator should be 3A. This rectifier regulator requires input voltage ≥ 3.15V. Supplied by 5V voltage, the power regulator can accomplish the many demanding tasks. This external regulator uses BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC to interface.
