To package H bridge, use Tape & Reel (TR).In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.With the 4.5V~25V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Surface Mount.As long as -55°C~150°C TJ operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including AC Motors, DC Motors, DC-DC Converters, General Purpose.Output reaches 2A at the maximum current.
