H bridge is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).H bridge is provided in the 14-TSSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the sake of cost savings.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 3V~5.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The operating temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including DC Motors, General Purpose.
