TLE63892GV50NTMA1 Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 5V~60V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 360kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Current Limit, Enable, Reset is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . A variety of terminations with 14 of dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 13.5V. dc dc voltage regulators should have a minimum input voltage of 5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 60V. The value of DC to DC voltage regulator is set to CAN ALSO CONFIGURED AS PFM in order to better satisfy the requirement. A value of 2.3A is output as the maximum value of current. Thare are switch converters of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
