TLE6214L Overview
The LED driver's packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR).The 12-BSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad package contains it.Surface Mount is the mounting type of the LED driver.The switch type is General Purpose.To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be set to -40°C~150°C TJ.There is a default setting of 2 for output.The maximum output voltage is N-Channel volts.It contains 12 terminations.The LED driver has 2 functions.Its maximum output voltage is 5AV.A supply voltage of 5V leads to high efficiency.There are 12 pins in total on this board.The maximum supply voltage is set to 5.5V.In order for the lighting driver to operate normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 4.5V.
