TC7SBL66CFU,LF Overview
Due to its 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. SPST - NC switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. A 1 circuit is present in this switch device. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 18Ohm. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 3.6V. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 1.65V. The voltage required by this switch device is 1.65V~3.6V, draining from a single voltage supply. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 10μA. Temperatures over 85°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate. There is a USV package offered by suppliers. Its conductivity is 1-bit.
