TC4468CPD Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.4 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 14 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number TC4468.The mount method is Through Hole.When the device is designed, it has 14 pins.Specification is for 18V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1.2A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 4 outputs.This device supports a current output of 1.2A at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 800mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 4mA.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 18V.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 4.5 V to 18 V.Gate drivers of this type are included in the - series.During operation, a voltage of 4 mA is applied to the power supply.With a resistance of 30Ohm, it operates.
