TC4404EPA Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.A supply voltage of 4.5V~18V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~85°C TA.The input type is Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number TC4404.The device is mounted using Through Hole.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.1.5A is the maximum output current.There are 8 component pins on the board.Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.An output current of 1.5 A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85 °C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40 °C.730mW dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 4.5mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.For operation, 18 V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 4.5 V is the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 15V volts.The gate driver belongs to the TC4404 series.The supply voltage is 4.5 mA.
