TC4423COE Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.A total of 2 Driver drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of 0°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 16 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number TC4423.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 16 pins available.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 3A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 16 pins.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.This device is capable of delivering 3 A current.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 70 °C.0 °C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 470mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.Keeping the supply current at 2.5mA ensures greater stability.Due to its power supply of 4.5/18V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.During operation, the supply voltage of 18 V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5 V must be maintained.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 4.5 V to 18 V.In the TC4423 series, this gate driver is included.With a voltage of 2.5 mA, it operates with a constant current.A total of 2 channels are configured for operation.
