STSPIN240 Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In addbridge driverion, 0V~5V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.A normal operation of -40°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including DC Motors, General Purpose.A transmission line is terminated with a H bridge that matches its characteristic impedance, referred to as a 16 termination.In a signal interface, the 16 pins serve as pronged contacts.In addition to the STSPIN H bridge ic number, more related H bridge ics can be located by using its base H bridge ic number.H bridge circuit operates on a voltage of 5V.This H bridge circuit incorporates an analog IC with the type BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.Electronic H-bridges of the STSPIN2 series constitute this type of H-bridge.Through the output and power supply pins, a current of 1.3A is flowing.It is equipped with outputs in the form of 2.
