STM6519AHARUB6F Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 6 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management's supply current is 400nA.
