STM32F103T8U7 Description
STM32F103T8U7 belongs to the STM32F103xx medium-density performance line family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers consisting of different devices with different peripherals positioned for various applications. It is designed based on the high-performance ARM?Cortex?-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 72 MHz frequency. It is available in the –40 to +85 °C/–40 to +105 °C temperature range. The design of low-power applications can be achieved based on a comprehensive set of power-saving modes.
