STK625-728-E Overview
Packaged using Tube.Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 29-SSIP Module, 21 Leads, Formed Leads package.Based on 12.5V~17.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Mounted on Through Hole.In order for -20°C~150°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including AC Motors.Using Through Hole, the board is mounted.Bootstrap Circuit is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.21 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedances.A signal interface uses 21 pins as pronged contacts.With a supply voltage of 15V, H bridge circuit operates.An ambient temperature of 20A enables a power supply to provide a maximum load current.A high degree of efficiency is achieved by maintaining the operating supply voltage at 280V.15V supplies electrical power to the load.
