STK621-728-E Overview
Tube is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 29-SSIP Module, 21 Leads, Formed Leads package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 12.5V~17.5V's supply voltage.Through Hole is mounted on H bridge circuit.-20°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Through Hole is used.In addH gateion to Auto Restart, Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag, H gate has the following specific characteristics.21 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 21 pins are used as pronged contacts.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 15V.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 20A.To ensure high efficiency, the operating supply voltage is maintained at 280V.Electricity is supplied to the electrical load by 15V.
