STK5Q4U352J-E Overview
Tube is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the Module package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 12.5V~17.5V's supply voltage.Through Hole is mounted on H bridge circuit.150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Through Hole is used.In addH gateion to Status Flag, H gate has the following specific characteristics.24 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 15V.The analog IC type of this H bridge is AC MOTOR CONTROLLER.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 16A.
