STK5C4U332J-E Overview
For packaging, Bulk is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 38-SDIP Module, 24 Leads, Formed package.The supply voltage 12.5V~17.5V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Through Hole.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are AC Motors.Mount the board using Through Hole.Status Flag is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 24 terminations.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 280V.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.When the ambient temperature reaches 6A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.
