Packaged using Tray.Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Based on 9V~20V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -40°C~125°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including DC Motors, General Purpose.Bootstrap Circuit is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.This is the maximum amount of current that can reach 350mA.
