SIC781CD-T1-GE3 Overview
For packaging, it is used with Tape & Reel (TR).A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 40-PowerWFQFN Module.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 4.5V~5.5V by increasing the supply voltage.In Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.-40°C~150°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.The board is mounted using Surface Mount.Among full bridges specific characteristics are Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation, Status Flag.As H bridge ic of the signal interface, 40 pins are used as pronged contacts.SWITCHING CONTROLLER has been incorporated as H bridge circuit's analog IC type.This is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the VRPower® series.
