SC2597SETRC Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. 0.5V~1.8Vis the general voltage output of this voltage controller. Its mounting type is Surface Mount. It is intended to be used in applications such as LDO (Linear), DDR and others. In order to prevent malfunction, set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C. A voltage of 1V~3.6Vis the input voltage for this variable voltage regulator. Check out search SC2597 for more pin-to-pin solutions. This component has a Surface Mount mount for mounting to PCBs or other boards. A temperature below -40°C is not suitable for the shunt regulator. An increase in temperature over 85°C is not recommended.
