SC2595MLTRT Overview
The system supports a total of 1 outputs. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad. It's ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. This Surface Mount mount is universal and can be easily adapted. The shunt regulator is intended for use at LDO (Linear), DDR as well as other applications. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~105°C. This external regulator requires a voltage of 2.5V~5Vas its input voltage. The voltage regulator has 16terminals. The pinout of the rectifier regulator begins with the pins it has at 16. For more pin-to-pin solutions, please search SC2595. Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount. A power supply regulator with 16pins is present. When supplied with 2.5V, the power supply regulator can perform a wide variety of demanding tasks. The power regulator displays a quiescent current of 400μA. To interface with this external regulator, the BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC is used.
