RT9173DGSP Overview
As a whole, it supports 1 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tape & Reel (TR). There is a general voltage output of Adjustable from this power supply regulator. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 1.46V~2.5V. The voltage regulator contains 8terminals. Assuming that the rectifier regulator has 8 pins, the pinout begins from there. In order to mount it on PCBs or other boards, it has a Surface Mount. It is required that the input voltage be higher than 1.46V. This power regulator is powered by 1.5V voltage and can perform a wide range of demanding tasks. At its maximum output, voltage regulator produces current 2A. In order to interface with this regulator, BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC is used.
