Packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) format.A Tape & Reel (TR)-package is used.Mounting type Surface Mount is used for this device.The voltage supply of 12V~25V should be used.At -40°C~125°C, the device operates.Current startup is 20μA.Pin number 8 remains unchanged.There is a switching frequency of 120kHz.When the frequency is 120kHz, it is still able to maintain good accuracy.In this case, the gadget is set to have a 2.5mA supply current.Operating it should result in a warmer temperature than -40°C.125°C is the maximum operating temperature at this point.25V is the only voltage that it can work with.A 12V-volt supply voltage is the only one that works with it.
