MC33262DR2G Overview
Currently, it is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method was used to package it.Depending on the device, the mounting type will either be Surface Mount or C.In order to operate it, it should be connected to the voltage supply of 12V~28V.Currently, the device is set to operate at -40°C~105°C o'clock.As well as the POWER FACTOR CONTROLLER integrated circuit, this part contains other types of integrated circuits as well.The gadget has a number of 8 terminals on the back of it.It is currently set to 250μA at startup.This component retains the pin number at 8 even though the pin number has been changed.I think the best thing about this device is that there is a number of MC33262 in it.There are 8 pins in this board, which make up its sum.There is a minimum input voltage of 9V that can make it function properly.As long as the frequency is kept constant at 50kHz, it is possible to continue to operate with good accuracy.A part of Mount Surface Mount makes up this mountain.As a result, it works in a 0.5A output current at the maximumPower for the component is always provided by a 12V volt supply.There is no maximum supply temperature that it can work with, but it should not go below 20mA.There are several different ways in which 1 outputs can be expressed.A supply current setting of 6.5mA has been set on the gadget to provide power.You can operate it with the output 16V as well.
