RT5047BFGSP Overview

This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 13.3V 18.3V. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. This shunt regulator targets at Converter, LNB and other applications. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA to avoid mal-function. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 8V~16V.
